LOSE WEIGHT FAST Ingredients: 2 tbsp ginger 2 tsp pepper 2 tbsp honey 2 C luke warm water Method: Using a mortar and pestle, make a ginger-pepper paste. Divide into two, and put one half in one cup and the other half in the other cup. Add honey and luke warm water and mix until dissolved. Then enjoy the drink with your family or in your lonesome and enjoy! Watch video version of it:

EGG PUFFS - SOUTH INDIAN STYLE Ingredients: 2 potatoes 3 onions (chopped) 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp fennel 2 tbsp chilli powder 2 tsp turmeric powder any 2 vegetables 3 eggs Pastry Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Wash and boil potatoes until well cooked. Peel potato skin and mash. Heat a saucepan and add oil. When oil is ready, add the mustard and fennel. When mustard and fennel have fried, add the onions and saute. Add turmeric powder when onions are cooked. Then add the chilli powder. Add vegetables of your choice to the gravy and close with lid. Allow it to cook for around 5 minutes. Add the potatoes to the gravy. Crack the eggs and add to gravy or you can boil egg and cut them and add to gravy. Stuff pastry with the mixture, into a square, roll or samosa shape. Place in oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with sauce and enjoy. For video version, watch below:

Then read through for more!😊 Ingredients:  3 Potatoes 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp fennel 1 tsp cumin 4 tbsp oil for frying, 1/4 C oil for frying 1/2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp chilli powder 20 spring roll pastry sheets 2 diced onions 1/4 capsicum (any colour) 1 C Mozzarella cheese 1/2  chopped purple cabbage Method: Wash capsicum and chip into little pieces. Heat the pan. After heated, then add oil and let it heat up. When oil is ready, add mustard, fennel and cumin and mix. Add onion and mix then add chilli powder. Take a new saucepan, heat it up and add oil. When oil is ready, add cabbage to it and mix well. Then close with a lid on low flame, for 10 min, to allow cabbage to cook thoroughly. when cabbage is cooking, wash the potatoes and boil. then peel potato skin and mash until smooth. EASY SPONGE CAKE RECIPE Are you looking for a way to stay healthy, but also fill your tummy with healthy tasty delicious foods, then this recipe is just for you! Ingredients: 1/2 C sugar 2 C self raising flour 75g unsalted butter 2 eggs Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Crack the eggs and add sugar in the blender. And blend. Add butter to the blender and start blending. Add the flour a bit at a time and blend well until smooth. Add thickened cream and blend for creamy taste. Cover the baking tray with oil to bake. Pour the batter on the tray and fill it. Place the tray in the oven for 20-30 min until golden brown. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or custard. Enjoy!! for video, watch:

TASTY HEALTHY PANCAKES Are you looking to eat something special early in the morning on your busy day? Then this recipe is made totally for you!!! Ingredients: 1/2 C All purpose flour/plain flour 1/4 C Sugar 5 Tbsp Thickened Cream/Heavy Cream 1/4 Almonds  2 Eggs Method: Take a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk thoroughly until light and fluffy. Now add the sugar. Whisk until fully dissolved. Add thickened cream and whisk properly. Add plain flour and whisk Whisk until it is in cake-like consistency. Roughly chop the almonds into small pieces. Fold the almond pieces in the batter. Heat up the pan and add oil. Spread the oil throughout the pan. Take a spoonful of batter and dollop it on the pan. Close the pan with a lid and turn the flame down a bit, to allow the pancake to cook in steam. When done, serve the stack of pancakes with icecream/custard/honey/maple syrup or anything else!!
