MOUTH-WATERING SPRING ROLL, COME ON!!!
TASTY VEG SPRING ROLL

Ingredients:
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp fennel
- 1 tsp cumin
- 4 tbsp oil for frying, 1/4 C oil for frying
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 20 spring roll pastry sheets
- 2 diced onions
- 1/4 capsicum (any colour)
- 1 C Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 chopped purple cabbage
Method:
- Wash capsicum and chip into little pieces.
- Heat the pan.
- After heated, then add oil and let it heat up.
- When oil is ready, add mustard, fennel and cumin and mix.
- Add onion and mix
- then add chilli powder.
- Take a new saucepan, heat it up and add oil.
- When oil is ready, add cabbage to it and mix well.
- Then close with a lid on low flame, for 10 min, to allow cabbage to cook thoroughly.
- when cabbage is cooking, wash the potatoes and boil.
- then peel potato skin and mash until smooth.
- Add potato to gravy with cabbage.
- Prepare pastry sheets.
- Take a spoonful of mixture and place it upper-mid part of the pastry sheet.
- Add around a tsp cheese on top and wrap the pastry as you like.
- Heat up a fry pan, add the rest of the oil. Wait for the oil to heat up.
- After the oil is ready, fry the rolls until they are golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream, mayonnaise or tomato sauce and enjoy!!!
