TASTY HEALTHY PANCAKES



Are you looking to eat something special early in the morning on your busy day? Then this recipe is made totally for you!!!




Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C All purpose flour/plain flour
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 5 Tbsp Thickened Cream/Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Almonds 
  • 2 Eggs
Method:
  1. Take a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk thoroughly until light and fluffy.
  2. Now add the sugar.
  3. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. Add thickened cream and whisk properly.
  5. Add plain flour and whisk
  6. Whisk until it is in cake-like consistency.
  7. Roughly chop the almonds into small pieces.
  8. Fold the almond pieces in the batter.
  9. Heat up the pan and add oil.
  10. Spread the oil throughout the pan.
  11. Take a spoonful of batter and dollop it on the pan.
  12. Close the pan with a lid and turn the flame down a bit, to allow the pancake to cook in steam.
  13. When done, serve the stack of pancakes with icecream/custard/honey/maple syrup or anything else!! Enjoy!!
