TAMARIND JUICE RECIPE


Tamarind juice has lots of health benefits and natural properties, which might be an answer for your problems. It's also the key to Indian cooking, so follow the recipe guide below and stay healthy! Happy cooking viewers!!


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup fresh tamarind
  • 250 ml hot water
  • 250 ml cold water

Method:
  1. Collect ingredients.
  2. Wash tamarind in cold water around 3 or 4 times.
  3. Now was the tamarind in hot water. Don't throw the hot water out
  4. Squeeze the tamarind as much as you can with your fingers to get the essence out.
  5. Do this until all the essence is out and the juice would look dark in colour.
  6. Separate the juice from the thick bits using a filter or just by using your fingers!
  7. Its ready!!!!!
